Ramesh Dutt Bhatt is an experienced hospitality and hotel management professional with over 15 years of experience across national and international hospitality projects. He has overseen luxury star hotels from construction through to operations, bringing a full-lifecycle perspective from site development and infrastructure build-out to guest experience and day-to-day management. His background will be central to ASF's hospitality-sector investments, helping ensure properties are developed and run to international standards.

Gobind Pajiyar brings over 6 years of experience across technology, digital marketing, and business development, with a focus on digital transformation and online growth. He is the Founder & CEO of Lemon Tech, the official technology company of Griham Tech Solution, where he leads technology, digital strategy, and business development initiatives. His experience includes working on the digital side of government projects, consulting for diverse brands, and helping businesses establish and strengthen their online presence, including e-commerce and digital marketing operations. With expertise in paid advertising, digital strategy, technology solutions, and business growth, he combines technical understanding with a practical, market-focused approach. Known for his energetic mindset and willingness to take calculated risks, he focuses on identifying opportunities and turning ideas into scalable business initiatives.

Chewan Rai brings over 15 years of experience bridging business and law as a corporate leader and investment strategist. He currently serves as CEO of Brahmanda Investment Group (BIG) Pvt. Ltd. and as Executive Chair of Che & Co Pvt. Ltd., a Lalitpur-based investment and consulting firm with a portfolio spanning energy, biotech, education, agriculture, and IT. His prior experience includes consulting engagements with international organizations such as the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, and various UN agencies, as well as close collaboration with Nepal's political leadership, including prime ministers, ministers, and lawmakers.
